Hi, my name is Miranda Foster and I spent the last 10 years learning exactly how to do this.  I am an Empath and I can literally feel your emotions, where they are blocked, when your vibration is not aligned with what you are trying to manifest, when there is karma from past lives, ancestors or entities influencing you.  I am able to help you move the influencing energetic blocks and shift the emotional energies to bring you back into alignment!  We shift any energies that aren’t yours (this part is for my fellow Empaths who feel other people’s stuff) and if they are yours, we then dive into inner work, shadow work, inner child work and quantum jumping.  I will help you clear any negative frequencies in the quantum field to end karma and help you do your own inner work to clear limiting beliefs or perspectives (that you learned during your childhood) so that you can realign inside with your soul path, soul purpose and Source’s Love frequency.  When internally aligned, your life starts to flow, the signs, synchronicities and guidance are clear and you move forward on your path with ease, manifesting what you desire and start loving your life!

I will share the purpose and function of feelings & emotions (it’s so much more than you think!) and what they have to do with guiding you on your Soul Path and Purpose.

I will share the tools that I use and you can start using to shift why you are feeling negative emotions with the outcome of  instantly stepping into feeling lighter, brighter, happier, more playful and free.

We will shift into more happiness, joy & love and allow you time to practice for yourself so it becomes a natural part of  your daily life.  Get ready to start transforming your emotions and working with the Law of Attraction. Be warned that the side effect of this work is stepping into your highest timeline and most desired, heart centered, love filled life. Who’s in???

Some People talk about Spiritual Bypassing….. But we will not be doing that! We will get to the root cause of why you are feeling the way you do and do the energetic, quantum or inner work to shift it!.

Here’s an example of how fast this can work:

I was in our pool with a friend and her 5 year old daughter.  They were both floating together on a floatie and she was telling me that her daughter is afraid (fear obviously being the emotions) to go into the water so she only feels safe floating with her mom close by.  I asked her mom permission to tap into the energetics of the fear for her daughter.  When I did, I saw a past life where she died in the ocean from a ship that sank.  I cut the karmic cord from that past life (without saying anything out loud) and literally the next moment her daughter jumped off the floatie into the water and began playing in the shallow end.  That was it.  She no longer had the energetic overlay of the fear of drowning from a past life!  Cord cutting can be that fast in changing the energy and emotions connected to them.

I will take time to help 2-3 people during the session and if needed, you may pair up in breakout rooms to practice and help each other.  You don’t have to work with me 1 on 1 during the session, as it is common that a lot of us are working on similar things and you can receive the same shifts as the individuals that I work with.  You will still receive the energetic healing and cord cutting as a group.

At the end of the session you will leave understanding exactly what your emotions are telling you and how to turn them around for more Love, Joy, Happiness, Fulfillment and anything else that you are calling in!

About your Host:

Hi, My name is Miranda Foster and I love cacao, nature, shadow work, emotions, meditating, dancing, parallel reality jumping, exploring expanded states of consciousness, connecting with soul family, working in the quantum field, helping people find internal alignment & happiness and opening hearts. I’m an Empath and move energy through my body which means that when I am helping someone energetically, I may yawn, cough, burp or need to move (dance party, anyone?) my body to transmute the energy for them.  As we learned in science class, energy is neither created or destroyed, it only changes form and that is how I do it.

My spiritual journey began in 2012 when I found myself unhappy, unhealthy and looking for answers to turn my own life around.  My first step was to move to the west coast of Canada but understood that was simply living the same life in a new setting.  So I then decided to quit my job, put my things in storage and go backpacking using synchronicities and signs from the Universe as my spiritual GPS. I traveled through Peru, Bolivia and Mexico sitting in plant medicine ceremonies in the Amazon, Temazcals (sweat lodges), 10 day silent meditation retreats, drumming ceremonies, reiki ceremonies and was guided to go to Guatemala where I then lived and studied with the Cacao Shaman for half a year.  Next, I was guided to live in Portugal and travel along the Camino de Santiago to Spain, all while studying ancient texts, quantum theories and what I could learn about the Chi field to come to the understanding that I have about how our experience functions. Now I am so excited to share it all with you where you can learn from the comfort of your own home without the mosquito bites or food poisoning, haha.
